CAS363 - HI, FRIEND!

Hey there, I'm popping in with this week's CAS challenge, Round and Round...to use circles on our projects.  I actually colored this last year for one of Kia's challenges, but wasn't feeling the layout so I set it aside and kind of forgot about it.  This challenge reminded me that it would be nice to blow the dust off and get it finished!  LOL

The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White then colored with Copic markers.  Instead of going "Out of the Box" with the flower, I stamped it a second time, colored it with Copics, fussy cut it then glued it directly over the top of the tag.  Out of the Box for cheaters!  Ha   The butterfly was created the same way.  The fun sketch was a recent one by My Favorite Things, Sketch #268.

Hey there, *sigh* I missed last week's CAS critter challenge.  I was looking forward to playing along with that one!  Oh well...there's another fun challenge this week!  This time it's a St. Patty's Day challenge!  I combined it with the current My Favorite Things Sketch 272 and Color Challenge #41.

The iguana and flowers were stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White, colored with Copic markers then fussy cut.  The circle was sponged with Pear Tart and the background was stamped directly onto the card base.

YOU'RE SOUPER COOL

Hey there, I had some time to color today and thought I would play along with this week's My Favorite Things Sketch #270.  Birdie Brown's little chefs are waaayyyy too cute!

The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White then colored with Copic markers.  The MFT Boutique Window was die cut from Neenah, the grid was cut out of the center of the window to allow more of the image to show through and was also colored with Copics.  The sentiment was embossed and a sponged brick wall completes the card.

CAS367 - HOPPY BIRTHDAY

Hey there, just popping in with a project for Julie's CAS challenge, Outside the Box, to have an element extend off the card base.  I decided to extend a small twine bow.

This adorable little bunny was stamped with Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White, colored with Copic markers, fussy cut then popped up on foam.  Her eyes have clear glaze for a subtle shine.  The die cuts are from My Favorite Things and the little bow completes the card.
